Each member contributes only a few dollars—typically $1 to $8—per death.
The deceased member’s family receives up to $8,000 in funeral expense coverage.

Explanation

Every time a registered member passes away, the $8,000 funeral expense is divided equally among all living active members.
The larger the community, the smaller the burden on each individual.
As membership grows, the per-member cost decreases dramatically—without reducing the funeral coverage amount.

2. Cost Sharing Model

When a registered member passes away, the cost of their funeral is divided equally among all active members. This means that:

With 1,000 members, a $10,000 funeral costs each person $10

With 4,000 members, it drops to $2.5 each

With 10,000 members, it’s just $1 per person

All members are notified, and the amount is deducted from their digital wallets. The deceased’s family does not need to fundraise or pay upfront.

3. Digital Wallet System

Each member has a digital wallet topped up with an initial deposit. When a death occurs, your share is automatically deducted from the wallet. If your balance drops below $10, the system automatically deducts $25 from your linked account to replenish it. You can monitor your balance and transaction history online.

Eligibility & Coverage

Any Muslim age 18+ in the U.S. can join.
No health or age restrictions.
7-day waiting period after joining (except in accidental deaths).
Coverage includes funeral home, cemetery, burial services, and grave opening/closing.
Overseas funeral coverage currently not available

Documentation

Families must submit:

Death certificate
Funeral home & cemetery invoices
Proof of relationship (if needed)
Within 90 days of death

Ongoing Oversight

All operations are reviewed by a Shariah Advisory Board and community leaders to ensure Islamic and legal compliance.
